We use Biothane® from Bioplastics USA ( www.bioplastics.us) for our bridles, reins, breastplates, etc. Biothane is a strong polyester webbing coated with polyeruthane or PVC. It is strong, light and very easy to use and to clean.
All buckles and snaps we use are made of solid brass. The advantage of brass is that it doesn't rust and it is not too strong (something should break and biothane hardly breaks). We can make most products also with stainless steel hardware which is prefered by some riders because of the way it looks. The quality of stainless steel in combination with Biothane is a good and proven one.
We use polyester thread which is strong and reliable for outdoor use.
